Sent 7 boxes from Shenzhen to New Zealand. Was told that it would take 1.5 - two months. Was also told DVDs or CDs couldn't be exported but dried and sealed ginseng would be OK.
Tried to get in contact with them after two months - no response.
Finally got notice that our package was due to arrive on December 3 (almost 3 months after it had been sent).
Not only that but we would be charged NZ$105 for biosecurity inspections done in Australia to comply with Australian biosecurity laws.
Would not recommend using them.
Avoid avoid avoid.
