Prepare the Box

Packing paper provides a protective layer

Prepare a medium-sized box by placing slightly scrunched-up plain newsprint or brown paper in the bottom. Don't scrunch the paper into tight balls, but instead let it balloon on the bottom. This will help with shifting during the move. Styrofoam packing peanuts can also be used, although they can't be recycled.

• Prepare the Box
• Remove Any Extra Parts
• Stack the Pots in Groups of Three
• Use Packing Paper Large Enough to Cover the Largest Pot
• Nest the Pots
• Wrap the Entire Stack
• Place the Nested Stack into the Prepared Box
• Tape the Box and Mark It
