If you're a teen and you're moving to another country...

I recently received an email from a reader whose family is moving overseas. She was concerned with the adjustment and how to cope with leaving her friends, teachers and other family members so far behind. She also said that there are very few online resources to help kids and teens when they're moving to another country.

From my own experiences, plus with suggestions from friends and readers, I've compiled a list of tips to help make the adjustment a little easier. And if any readers out there have tips they'd like to share, just write a note in the comments below and I'll add it to our growing (hopefully) list.
