Moving: What About Your Pet?

When we moved from California to Toronto with our six cats, we never thought Customs would want to know which are American and which are Canadian. Did it really matter? To the Canadian government it did. Fortunately, all of our four-legged family members are not what you'd call "show cats". We managed to retrieve our pets without paying duty.

So, before you ship or drive Fluffy, Barney or Rufus to another country or to another state, find out what you need to do to get your furry friends safely across the border.
