When you finally arrive in your new home, there's that initial excitement and relief that the hardest part of the move is over; however, such enthusiasm usually evaporates once you've had time to take in your new surroundings...new surroundings that are full of boxes - endless boxes!

To help you through the sometimes daunting chore of unpacking, I'm putting together a series of articles on "unpacking tips". It's not so much how-to's, since unpacking requires less careful thought than packing. It's to help you get organized to ensure your new home is just the way you want it to be.
