Moving? Traveling? Don't Leave Kitty Behind

We're going to be moving again in spring 2007. And while we are moving to a new part of the country, it should only be a 10-12 hour drive. But the problem is, one of our kitties has a heart condition that won't enable him to fly and our vet tells us that he needs to remain calm, something that he isn't particularly good at. So, while we usually fly our kitties, this time it looks like we'll be driving instead. In light of this new information, I thought we'd look at people who are moving with pets. Traveling across country is never easy at the best of times, and even harder on our four-legged friends.
